Wine-making Process
We prefer to vinify each cuvée from the different vineyard parcels which make up our estate. This type of traditional Burgundy wine-making, in either vats or barrels, allows us to produce genuine terroir wines.
Our wines are matured for several months in vats on fine lees, which gives them a beautifully rich aroma of lemon, ripe fruits and flower blossom.
